Arpin & Sons, Inc., based in Broward County, Florida has been active in the construction industry for more than 3 generations. The company dates back as early as 1908 when John B. Arpin supplied road rock for the construction of Dixie Highway when it was old U.S. 1.
In 1953 Don Arpin Sr. founded the Marine Contracting business. The company's steady growth and expansion through these years began to build a reputation as one of the industry leaders in South Florida, mainly specializing in Marine Construction.
In 1977 Don Arpin Jr. left his Petro Chemical Engineering position in Tampa, Florida to take over Arpin & Sons upon his father's death. Two years later he became State Certified General Contractor under Arpin & Sons Inc. and began to focus on expanding his father's already prosperous business into a full service Construction Company. Under Arpin Jr.'s guiding hand, the company opened Residential, Commercial and Industrial and Property Management Construction Divisions.
In 1980 Don completed his E.I.T., a 5 year Mandatory work experience and completed testing to practice as a Structural & Civil Engineer, at which time the full Service Engineering and Planning Division was formed. Arpin & Sons also offers Consulting Services, Project Management, Insurance Storm/ Remediation, eight types of Inspections, Design Plans and are qualified to testify as expert witnesses in a Court of Law in Construction Lawsuits.
In 2003 Associates General Kinetics Inc. was formed as the Engineering Division. Which includes expert witness for P.I., Construction and Engineering, Inspections, Structural, Mechanical, Civil Design, and Electrical design with in-office associates, FBC special inspector requirements, 40 year Building inspections of which at least 14 have been performed in Dade & Broward Counties, roof tile uplifts, and various types of after the fact inspections.
Since 1994 Arpin & Sons Inc. as general contractors has been doing bank progress inspections for Florida Bank, Mercantile Bank, and SunTrust Bank.

Construction Corporation.
His

years in civil, structural, electrical, mechanical and architectural
projects. Including inventing and producing successful new products that
have received patents and rendered substantial profitability to investors.
da Silva is currently holding multiple U.S. and foreign Patents.
Educated
at University Of Utah (U.S.) and Sperry in Brazil, he is Fluent in
English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
His
impressive company and individual client list include defense contracts
with the U.S. Government in weapons, General Atomics (a division of
General Dynamics), Parsons Technologies, oil and gas refinery design for
Chevron and Phillips Petroleum, gold mines for Gold Fields—alongside

His
venerated talents also facilitate high-rise design and inspections for
South East architect services, American Building Engineers, instruction at

Ed
Linden
Ed Linden President and owner of The Linden Group Inc ( TLG Inc), has
been activity building for the past 40 years. The last 34 years were
here in South Florida and eight years prior to that were in South New
Jersey.
Ed started in 1964 working for Camden Lime Co. in Kresson, New Jersey
as a finisher for precast and prestress concrete products. He then went
on to framing custom home’s for his brother Bob Linden Builder in
Mount Laurel, New Jersey. In 1969 he built his first home for his
growing family in Marlton Lakes, New Jersey. In 1972 Ed started his own
building and remodeling company. In 1974 Ed moved his family to South
Florida due to weather conditions which allowed him to work all year
long. By 1979 he had started a new company called Neeld Cost Inc. based
in Sunrise Florida .As president and owner, Ed took on multi projects
for DCA of South Florida and soon was one of their largest
contractor’s. Projects included 75 Townhomes a Turn key project in
Homestead along with 13 homes, a recreation center, and maintenance
building in Sunrise Florida along with 12 strip stores and a Saturn
Dealership. By the late 1980’s Ed had moved on to large renovations
and additions until approximately 2000. At that time and for the next 8
years Ed headed up two companies L & M Construction and TLG Inc.
building large additions and Custom and Estate Homes in Boca Raton,
Parkland, and Lighthouse Point Florida. TLG Inc just completed a 3.8 million dollar
estate home in Lighthouse Point.
